| A New Approach to Case Supervision |
In speaking to Judges, clerks and court staff around the state we hear the same problems voiced over and over. Court clerks with more follow up on cases required than time permits, Judges having to deal with frequent case reviews, defendants failing to appear and “revolving doors” of defendants. And existing probation companies that focus more on collecting supervision fees than collecting fines and actually getting offenders through their probation successfully. We’ve found some tools that have proven themselves at addressing these very concerns. And we would like to share them with you. The JCS difference? We focus on the defendant Our supervision entails all aspects of the defendant’s case (and needs). We comprehensively manage the case for success- not just to report on non-compliance. And what does this all mean? So, what’s the bottom line? |
